We send a number of cleaners depending on the size of your property. This can range from 2 – 10 cleaning specialists for an efficient service.
Yes, standard size ovens will be professionally cleaned free of charge as part of this service. Properties with multiple ovens or a range cooker will incur an additional £47 due to size. All appliances including fridge, microwave and dishwasher will also be thoroughly cleaned as standard.
There are no time limits! Our end of tenancy cleaning is charged per job and NOT per hour. A team of cleaners will be assigned and work until the cleaning service is completed to the highest standards.
No, we simply need access and we will handle the rest. If possible, we welcome you back at the end to check our work so that any issues can be addressed instantly.
No, this is a supplementary service. Our End of Tenancy service is customisable meaning that exterior window cleaning can be added as an optional extra.
Yes! You are afforded Free 72 Hours Cleaning Guarantee upon booking any Move Out cleaning service. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the service, we will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost. However, you must let us know within 72 hours of completion of the service.
Clients are responsible for providing parking for our cleaning team. If you are unable to do so, we can find a parking space close by for the service duration & then add it to your final invoice. Please consider that some locations with heavy parking restrictions can be a challenge when moving equipment.
